The Flagg Firm, P.L. was founded by Byron Flagg, Esq. after he earned an advanced law degree (LL.M.) from the University of Florida in Environmental & Land Use Law.  Byron transferred his court room skills and experience gained through more than six years of working as an Assistant State Attorney to the Land Use and Environmental areas of law, and in doing so provides advocacy for clients in front of local government boards and in the court room.  

    He also practices Criminal Defense, advocating for people accused of DUI, Criminal Traffic Offenses, Drug related offenses and most other criminal offenses.  His experience as a former prosecutor gives him in-depth knowledge of criminal law and the criminal justice system.

    Byron Flagg grew up in Gainesville, Florida and earned three degrees from the University of Florida.  Because of his deep roots and local knowledge of the community, Byron Flagg chose to build a successful law practice in Gainesville - his home town.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and has several years of experience working in state government throughout Florida.   Let his experience work for you!
